Dear Kylan, Dragging and Dropping (manual method) is not efficient at all if you are doing it for multi user. Instead, you should try Stellar OLM to PST Converter. This tool allows you to convert Outlook for Mac files into MS Outlook for Windows as well as to Office 365. Using this tool, you would be able to migrate all email folders including the 'On My Computer' folders in outlook for mac to office 365 without any hassle. More details about this tool are available at: As you are facing difficulty in exporting emails into OLM file, there is also solution for that.
Instead of trying to export individual mail, you should export an Outlook for Mac Data File by category or by item type. Here is the method for that: Step 1: On the File menu, click Export.
Step 2: Click Outlook for Mac Data File. Step 3: Select an option to filter by category or item type. Note: if you want to export all items in Outlook, click Items of the following types, and then select all the check boxes. Step 4: Click the right arrow to continue. The Outlook for Mac Data File uses the.olm extension.
The 'On My Computer' mailbox is cluttering the folder organization in Outlook on my Mac. It's adding extra steps because I have to expand every folder to show me both my exchange and 'on my computer' mailbox. Method 2: Press and hold Alt key (windows) and click the Outlook icon on on the Dock (If the icon not appears on dock, Go to /Applications/Microsoft Office 2011 folder and drag the outlook file to Dock). Microsoft database utility will appear. Now click the Rebuild button. It will reboot Outlook database.
Hope this will help..
Mail is having the same issues and is one of the reasons I decided to try and use Outlook, since that works for my work email and my AT&T email. The provider I am having trouble with is Apple iCloud!!! This the first time I am having issues with Apple products. I have one email that shows in Outlook on my laptop and even if I move the file to another folder in iCloud, it does not show up.
There are some emails I am getting duplicates and some that are disappearing from one device or the other. I see emails in drafts that were sent and people even replied to! The email i moved does not show up in iCloud, iPhone, or iPad, but shows up on my laptop in Outlook. I have had a.me account since they first came out and updated to iCloud as soon as that was available. I have never had problems like this before. I think I fixed my duplicate email issue by emptying the cache and rebuilding the mailboxes in Outlook (that seemed to work for a while in Apple mail as well). Only getting one email now instead of dups.
The drafts issue I don't know about yet, I manually deleted those drafts before I did this posting. The drafts thing seems to only happen on the iPad. It was in my sent folder and I moved it to an iCloud folder using Outlook (and all of the other related messages appear there with no problem).
I have six folders in iCloud (as opposed to 'On My Computer') and it does not show in any of those folders if I move it there. Yet I can move other emails to other folders and they sync just fine. This is the weirdest thing I've seen.ðŸ˜.
And all of my issues seem to be with the sent or drafts folder. I have files that I know I sent because people replied to them, but they show up as drafts, some of them are prior versions of an email that was sent. Those are all gone now because I deleted them.
